Refund and Return Policy for Digital Goods

At rpbazzar, all products are delivered as fully open-source digital files. 

Because open-source digital goods cannot be "returned," un-downloaded, or deactivated after purchase, ALL SALES ARE STRICTLY FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has been placed. 

Please ensure that you read the product descriptions carefully and verify you are purchasing the correct item before completing your checkout. By placing an order, you are accepting the digital goods "as is" and you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.

Exception: Broken MLO Refund

If you find anything broken in an MLO you purchased, you will get a full refund — your money back — in just 24 hours. (The reason for the 24-hour processing window is due to different timezones.

How to Request Technical Assistance

While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide support if you encounter issues setting up your purchase. Please contact us at support@rpbazzar.com. Please include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

Chargebacks / Disputes

Any attempt to maliciously dispute or chargeback a payment for a digital open-source product after receiving access to it will be treated as fraud. This will result in an immediate and permanent ban from our store and revocation of access to any future updates. Proof of the digital delivery and this explicit no-refund policy will be submitted to the payment processor.
